Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bdh-Drives 0304A110 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hayward parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hedss product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the ROD426000B1250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EVS3C2E2393EVS3 manufactured by Hayward and we are pleased to be able to service most Hayward systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IHA4808001G2500BZ15L by Manufacturer Hedss as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heidenhain Brand 42600033000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as HE693ADC420B equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JH154 made by Jh15-4 as well as the popular PDC30606S1369160 original spares produced by Heinzmann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FSS716 by Hbc and HE693ADC420B spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
